today was the first day of
soccer camp for ruby,
owen & avery.

while mom's away, the kids will swim

while i was in SF for my weekend with my mom & two of
my sisters, john was quite busy.

john took avery & owen to potlatch ultimate frisbee finals.

peggy's lake house

it was a hot day, so i played hooky and we went to lake rossiger
with peg & luc.
we canoed, jumped off the dock & played in the sun.
avery slept for 12 hours after the day in the sun.

4th of july party

the day started with ruby churning homemade ice cream (two kinds), john bbq-ing the pulled pork all day & three pies.
then friends and a keg & vodka lemonades & fireworks.

kim and deb just returned from europe and we got a huge package today.
filled with soccer jerseys, t-shirts, chocolate, spices, chocolate, coffee and a
gorgeous little bowl and more chocolate. yum.
